Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, “ink789”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the ink789 website and associated gaming services. “User”, “player” and “you” refer to the individual accessing or using ink789. “Account” means the personal account registered by an eligible user. “Services” include sports betting, live casino, slots, e-sports, promotions, payment functions and related account features made available through ink789.

References to money are to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR or RM) unless another currency is clearly stated. A reference to written communication includes an account notice, website notice or email. Headings assist navigation and do not change the legal meaning of a provision.

Account Eligibility

A user may register with ink789 only if the user is at least 21 years old, has legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and is legally permitted to gamble in the relevant location. A user must not register or participate while physically present in a place where the use of ink789 is prohibited.

Each person may maintain only one account unless ink789 gives prior written approval. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, shared or operated for another person. Employees, contractors or persons directly involved in managing a relevant event may be restricted from betting on that event where an actual or potential conflict exists.

Registration, Verification and Account Security

Registration information must be complete, accurate and current. A player must provide their own legal name, date of birth, residential details, mobile number and other requested information. False, incomplete or misleading information may result in delayed transactions, rejected promotional claims, suspension or closure.

ink789 may conduct identity and age verification, commonly known as KYC. Verification may require an identity document, proof of address, a payment record or evidence that a payment method belongs to the account holder. Enhanced checks, including source-of-funds enquiries, may be required where transaction patterns, regulatory duties or security concerns justify them.

Users must keep their password, device and authentication details secure. Any activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless ink789 receives timely notice of suspected compromise. Players should contact support promptly after detecting unauthorised access and should not disclose passwords or verification codes to anyone.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using a payment method held in the account holder's name. Depending on availability, ink789 may accept MYR deposits through Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and supported cryptocurrency networks. The appearance of a payment option does not guarantee continuous availability.

Minimum and maximum deposit values are displayed in the cashier or applicable offer details. Users are responsible for checking the amount, recipient information and cryptocurrency network before approving a transaction. Funds sent through an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may be unrecoverable. Bank, wallet, blockchain or payment-provider charges may apply even where ink789 does not impose a fee.

ink789 does not provide credit. Deposited funds must not originate from unlawful activity, unauthorised borrowing or a payment method used without permission. A transaction may be declined, reversed or held for review where ownership, fraud, chargeback or anti-money laundering concerns arise.

Withdrawals and Account Balances

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed verification, applicable wagering conditions and security review. Where reasonably possible, ink789 may return funds through the same method used for deposit. An alternative verified method may be required where the original channel does not support withdrawals.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, e-wallet providers and blockchain networks control parts of the transfer process outside ink789. Weekends, public holidays, technical interruptions, unusually high request volumes or additional checks may affect completion time.

A user must review bank and wallet details carefully. ink789 may request confirmation before changing withdrawal information. A pending request may be cancelled only while the relevant account function permits cancellation. Approved withdrawals cannot always be recalled after release to a bank, wallet or blockchain.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

A wager becomes valid when accepted by ink789 and recorded in the account history. Merely selecting odds, entering a stake or experiencing a loading screen does not confirm acceptance. Users must review the market, selection, price, stake and potential return before confirming. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and e-sports markets.

Sports wagers are settled according to the official result and the rules displayed for the relevant market. Corrections may be made where an official result is amended within the applicable settlement period. A manifest pricing, data or technical error does not create an entitlement to an unintended return. ink789 may void or resettle an affected wager on fair and reasonable terms.

Casino game outcomes are determined through the relevant game system, live dealer process or certified random mechanism made available by the provider. If a session disconnects, the result recorded by the game server remains controlling. Return to Player percentages describe long-term mathematical performance and do not guarantee a result in any individual session.

Bonuses, Rewards and Promotions

Promotions may be limited by date, game, sport, payment method, account status, minimum deposit, maximum benefit or wagering requirement. Players must review the specific promotion terms before opting in. A bonus described as 100%, 188%, 288% or 2% does not represent guaranteed profit.

Wagering requirements determine how much qualifying activity must be completed before promotional funds or related winnings become withdrawable. Different games may contribute at different rates, and certain low-risk betting patterns may not qualify. Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus remains active.

Promotions are generally limited to one eligible person, household, device, payment instrument or shared internet connection unless stated otherwise. ink789 may withhold a bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated activity, bonus abuse, misleading registration data or deliberate circumvention of promotion rules.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

Users must not use ink789 to engage in conduct that is unlawful, deceptive or unfair. Prohibited conduct includes:

• opening duplicate, fraudulent or nominee accounts;
• using another person's identity, bank account, e-wallet or cryptocurrency wallet without authority;
• collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping or coordinated play intended to create an unfair advantage;
• using automated tools, bots, scraping systems or software that interferes with ink789 services;
• exploiting a visible error, delayed data feed, pricing mistake or technical malfunction;
• initiating a dishonest chargeback or denying a transaction that the account holder authorised;
• using ink789 to conceal, transfer or process the proceeds of unlawful activity; and
• threatening support personnel or attempting to compromise website or account security.

ink789 may investigate suspicious activity and may temporarily restrict transactions while a review is underway. Where prohibited conduct is established, reasonable measures may include voiding affected wagers, removing improperly obtained benefits, closing the account and reporting relevant facts where required by law.

Responsible Gambling

ink789 provides gambling as entertainment for eligible adults. Gambling must not be treated as employment, an investment or a reliable way to solve financial problems. Users should set an affordable budget, monitor playing time and avoid chasing losses after EPL fixtures, live casino sessions, slots or any other activity.

Players may request available deposit limits, cooling-off measures or self-exclusion. A self-excluded user must not attempt to reopen an account or use another person's account. ink789 will take reasonable steps to apply restrictions, but the user remains responsible for not attempting to circumvent them.

Account Suspension, Closure and Inactive Accounts

Before closure is completed, pending wagers may be settled and valid cleared funds may remain subject to verification and withdrawal procedures. Closing an account does not cancel obligations, investigations or rights that arose before closure.

ink789 may restrict, suspend or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, legal compliance, suspected prohibited conduct or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the user will receive information about the action and any steps available to resolve the matter.

Accounts with no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity for a prolonged period may be treated as inactive. Before any administrative treatment is applied, ink789 may attempt to notify the account holder using the registered contact details. Users remain responsible for keeping those details current.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

ink789 seeks to provide stable access but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, payment-provider interruptions, device incompatibility, cyber incidents or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. ink789 may suspend a feature where necessary to protect users, investigate an issue or maintain the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink789 is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from ordinary service interruption, user device failure, loss of credentials, unsupported software or reliance on general informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and secure internet connection. Published statistics, match information and educational content are provided in good faith but should not be treated as financial, legal or professional advice.

Changes, Complaints and Contact

ink789 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, payment developments or applicable obligations. Material revisions will take effect from the date stated on the updated page or from another date communicated to users. Continued use after an effective revision constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
